Biography
Joanne has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years and has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries.
As Vice President of Human Resources at G&L, she is responsible for managing and implementing international HR policies, procedures, and strategies throughout the company.
Joanne is also committed to fostering communication, connection, and collaboration across G&L’s global offices, and cares deeply about maximising employee engagement and strengthening our unique company culture and values.
